Hello Pierre!

no worries about timing: I applied as an org admin for OSGeo as
umbrella organisation on Melange and submitted the "global"
application, without details on which projects are interested in
participating. 

After 16th of March, when we will know the list of accepted
organisations and if we will be among them, I'll ask all interested
projects to choose mentors among their developers. The
chosen mentors will then register on Melange as single individuals
within OSGeo.

Sorry for mess in the Administration wiki page, I'll clean it soon!

Now everyone can relax and wait for 16th March, after that I'll
communicate which will be the next steps. 
In the meanwhile, OSGeo projects are invited to brainstorm on their
Ideas list and identify potential mentors.
