[SoC] Willing to mentor for pgRouting

Hi Anne,

I'm willing to mentor for pgrouting. What is the process for this? I 
signed up in melange, do I need to do more?

Also, a potential candidate (Mukul Priya) for pgrouting has posted a 
proposal, but I can't find it in melange. Can you please direct me to 
where that might be viewable.
