[SoC] Weeklt report #7 : Object based Image Fusion and Change Detection tools for Opticks.

Hi all,
My 7th weekly report is as follows:

   1. *Work done* : Improved image fusion, added broovey's fusion to
   consider small objects. Smoothing he fused image
   2. *Problems faced* : Having problems in improving classification using
   the fused data.
   3. *work to be done next week* : making the improved classificaion
   module working.
