[SoC] GSoC - istSOS 2013 Weekly reports #8

Hi all, 


Work done in week 8

This week I spend my time to adjust IOfilters.py.
I think that it will be early ready but I still have to split data from XML 
into array data structure: so at now IO_filters is not definitly okay.

Work to be done in week 9

For the next week I’ve planned to:
end IOfilters.py and start update IOresponse.py
