[SoC] GSoC - istSOS 2013 Weekly reports #9

Hi all,   
Work done in week 9  

This week I still spent a lot of time to adjust IOfilters.py: it was a very 
hard work for me but now it's quite okay (YEAH!!!!!) and my array of result 
is:

{'urn:ogc:def:data:OGC::SpatialDimension': {'vals': '5', 'uom': '-'}, 
'urn:ogc:def:property:OGC:EllipsoidalHeight': {'vals': [], 'uom': 'm'}, 
'urn:ogc:def:parameter:x-istsos:1.0:water:salinity': {'vals': [['0', 
'39.83'], ['-1', '39.78'], ['-2', '39.81'], ['-3', '39.74'], ['-4', 
'36.40']], 'uom': 'PSU'}, 
'urn:ogc:def:parameter:x-istsos:1.0:time:iso8601': {'vals': 
'2011-05-16T21:57:12Z', 'uom': 'iso8601'}} 

Even if it won't probably my final array result..... it sounds very good!!!

So I also checked IOreponse.py.

Work to be done in week 10  

For the next week I’ve planned to: 

check and make better IOfilters array result output
update IOresponse.py
