[SoC] GSoC Weekly Report #10 - Create a title block from the library in the Layout of gvSIG

Hi all,

here is my report:

• What did I do this week?
- I have been solving bugs that I found when testing.

• What will I be working on next week?
- Continue with testing and solving problems. I think I'm in time with my
schedule, so, maybe, I can start with the documentation (if I don't find
more bugs...).

• Did I meet with any stumbling blocks?
Yes, I had an error when opening a picture to use in the title block, when
you want to use a second one, the application crashed. There was a problem
with my class JOpenTBPanel, that I finally solved yesterday. It was
a headache to solve it!
