[SoC] gvSIG weekly report #4 - "Add Raster Format to scripting in gvSIG "

Hi all,

     *What did i do this week?*

   - I refined the API defined last week and omitted some methods with the
   guidance of mentor.
   - Identified 2 entities and relationships between them that will be part
   of the API.
   - I went through the notes on how to approach the implementation of API
   provided by my mentor.


    *What i plan to do during next week?*

   - Implement the API for currently defined entities using the notes
   provided by my mentor.


     *Did i face any problems?*

   - Understanding and pre-defining the API is a tough one on my part. But
   i think i am slowly getting to know this part with the help of my mentor.
