[SoC] Weekly Report #6 : "Object based Image Fusion and Change Detection tools for Opticks"

Hi all,
Sorry for the delay. My 6th weekly report goes as :

   1. *Work done :* Documentation ( function manual and technical report),
   testing of fusion module.
   2. *Problems Faced:* Fusion techniques is not robust.
   3. *Work to be done next week :* make the fusion techniques better for
   handling all sort of images.
