[SoC] what to put in your weekly report

Hi,

I'd request that in future students also present the "3 sentence" summary
of this-week/blockers?/next-week in their weekly email, not just a
URL. Doing that is both useful for the other students & us to see where
they are relative to everyone else without having track closely 20+
blogs, and also for the archives since URLs have a much shorter
half life than the ML archives do, and wikis tend to get changed.
