[SoC] QGIS Resource Sharing GSoC Project - Weekly Report #1

Hello,

What I did?

I have set up the development environment. Started writing code for the
symbol repository. Have made a few commits and have been working on the
forms for upload of symbols.


What I plan to do next?
I plan to finish the symbol upload forms and the Django backend by this
week.

Issues?
I have been running into Database errors now and then when using specific
models, which I am investigating and would fix by this week.
