[SoC] Weekly report 2 : "Object based Image Fusion and Change Detection tools for Opticks"

Hi all,
Week 24-30, report :

   - *Work done in the week :* Added classification of the images before
   overlay and differencing of the images for Change detection
   - *Problems faced :* Couldn't implement the feature for user to correct
   the change class manually ( segmentation fault coming) ,will solve it by
   next Monday.
   - *Work to be done next week :* Solve the current issues and test the
   plugin over variety of test data.
