[SoC] Mentor and student: Add raster format to scripting in gvSIG

I'm the  Development and Architecture Manager of gvSIG project and I want to be mentor this year (idea: Add raster format to scripting in gvSIG).
I found a willing student to develop the idea: Sandeep Kumar .
