[SoC] - Weekly Report #12 - "Add Raster Format to scripting in gvSIG"

Hi all,

      Sorry for the late submission.

*     What did i do this week?*

   - Played with two documentation tools (*sphinx* and *doxygen*). From
   these doxygen seems to create much neater documentation for API.
   - Created rough documentation from the tool *doxygen.*
   - Found some bugs while testing the implemented code.


     *What i plan to do during next week?*

   - Fix the existing bugs and test the code vigorously with various test
   cases.
   - API defintion needs to be tweaked a little bit and so is the code.


     *Did i face any problems?*

   - Not Much.
