[SoC] GSoC presentation at FOSS4G 2013, Annual General Meeting

Hello all!

greetings from a lively FOSS4G conference start in Nottingham.. oops
Mappingham!
I have met some of you here and am willing to exchange more impressions
and suggestions for next GSoC.

I'll do a short presentation of GSoC 2013 during the Annual General
Meeting that will take place tomorrow evening, I am so proud to present
the great achievements you all made this summer!

Next Monday, 23rd of September, is the hard "pencils down" deadline.
Make sure your code is well tested and documented by that time, and
discuss with your mentor about what to include in the code submission.
