[SoC] GSoC Report Week 12 - WNS Service

Hi everyone

This week I wrote some documentation and created a tutorial to explain step by step how to install and use the system.
Also I inserted the code to write the functions in a try/except block so that the database will not be updated in case some exception is raised

Next week I will refinish the documentation and create an example with actual data

The only remaining problem is some access exception that is raised when calling the setup.py script
