[SoC] GSoC ScribeUI week 9

Good Friday all,

*Work done this week:*
Finished the refactoring and started bug fixes. Although I must admit this
week's bugfixes were mostly caused by last week's refactoring. Oh well.

*Work to be done next week:*
Bug #100, #21, #69 and #56 are top priority bugs that were reported as
blockers from members of the mapserver community and people at mapgears, so
that's what I'll start with.

*Blockers:*
The refactoring introduced a lot of small annoying bugs, mostly due to
namespace changes. That slowed me down a bit.
