[SoC] GSoC Report Week 2

Hi everyone

In this second week here is what I've done:

- Decided the structure of the database
- Implemented a first version of the GET, POST and DELETE requests

Next week I plan to connect the database with the application and test if the requests really work.

Currently, I've some difficulties in connecting the database to the application, and I need to find out how to connect to two different services with Apache (if it's possible, otherwise find another solution)
