Here is the 12th weeks report for the GTFS-RT validator.

*1) What do I have completed this week?*

   - Re-organizing the set of rules in the wiki
   - Writing tests for all identified rules
   - Create a methodology for capturing rules to be validated
   - Testing the feasibility of adding validation rules as plugins


*2) What am I going to achieve for next week?*

   - Finalizing all interfaces
   - Finalizing rule capturing process
   - Completing the workflow of monitoring feeds
   - Finalizing documentation
   - Unit testing and Testing the whole system

*3) Is there any blocking issue?*


   - No
