[SoC] Weekly report GSoC - 5 week

What do I have completed this week?
I studied the Saint Venant equations and the finite difference schema to be
implemented in the new model, so definitely no code development but study
and design.

What am I going to achieve for next week?
Continue with the design of the new model.

Is there any blocking issue?
I will be on Honeymoon from 17th Juny to 3dr of July.
