[SoC] Regarding Port Network Analysis Extension to gvSIG 2.x branch

Hello,
I wrote to the mailing list for queries on Port Network Analysis Extension
to gvSIG 2.x branch . As it is included in GSOC - 2015 idea list but there
was no reply and no mentor has been assigned for this idea . So can anyone
help me in this regard ?
