[SoC] GSoc: Report 7 - transiTime QuickStart application

Hi all,

Here is my report for this week,

1)-What did you get done this week?

Ran the Apikeymanager successfully.

Added calling Apikeymanager to QuickStart.

Added Apikeymanager output to QuickStart .

Completed a Jetty tutorial.

Started work on starting API webapp in Jetty from a unit test.

2)-What do you plan on doing next week?

Finish starting API webapp in Jetty from unit test.

Add starting Api in Jetty to QuickStart.

Add create web agency to QuickStart.

3)-Are you blocked on anything?

Not at the moment.
