[SoC] GSoc: Report 8 - transiTime QuickStart application

Hi all,

Here is my report for this week,

1)-What did you get done this week?

Added Api in Jetty unit test

Added Api in jetty function to QuickStart

2)-What do you plan on doing next week?

Debug Api in jetty function in QuickStart

Add create web agency to QuickStart.

3)-Are you blocked on anything?

Hit a few stumbling blocks this week, first in regards to being able to use
the api.war file in the quickstart, resolved this by using a maven copy
artifact in the pom file of the quickstart.

Second is the current issue where the Api key doesn't seem to be registered
in the database and gives a api key not valid when trying to access it.
