[SoC] Adding new geometries in OGR API for GDAL

Hi all,

Here is my weekly report -

What have I done this week?
I mainly tested GML code that I had written.

What have I planned for next week?
Complete the DXF driver along with testing.

Is anything blocking me?
Figuring out the required mods in DXF is a little hard. However, I am
confident that I will be able to work out the correct changes.
