[SoC] Regarding OSGeo-SoC application

Hello,

I am Nancy pursuing Btech(CSE) and MS in Spatial Informatics from IIIT-Hyderabad, India. I am good at Java, C/C++, python, QGIS, mysql. I had Data structure, Algorithm, Database, Spatial Informatics, Remote sensing as few of my courses. I have used QGIS, GRASS, GDAL tools during my spatial informatic project and am quite familiar with these tools and so wanted to contribute something.

I am interested in the following project:-
    1>Raster algebra in the core.
    2>JSON Text Sequences for GeoJSON.

It would be great if someone could guide me how to get started and work along the same. As i was really interested in working in these projects.
