[SoC] App for Walkability and Drivability Score

Dear Karthik,

I would be definitively interested in supervising your proposal as this is one of my research themes (i also have currently a 4 year research project on this theme). Can you send me (probably personally) you proposal? So i wonder for instance what software you would use for this, and under which OSGeo software this would fall according to your opinion? (i have one in mind, though)
