[SoC] App for Walkability and Drivability Score

Helo sir,

Thank u for your kind reply and interesting in this concept.

As u asked for this app, first we can use open source software like QGIS or
any other to make maps and layers for locations of all features in an area.
And then we use Mapbuilder to create WebApps and  we could use Geoserver or
Mapserver for publishing the maps. And also we could use API for Geotools
for analysis like buffer, distance measure, Hotspot analysis, etc.

These are all the basic idea of what we can use to create this app. pls
suggest me if any modifications or corrections is required. am working on
my proposal. I will send within 2-3 hours.
