[SoC] more explicit subject lines and intros for progress reports on the mailing list

Dear Students,

thank you for submitting your first progress reports! It's a lot of cool
stuff going on here..
For coming reports, I have to ask you to explicitly mention your project in
the subject and in the introduction to the e-mail, so that it's easier to
follow what you're working on.
Some students wrote their reports but did not yet submit them to this
mailing list: please do it ASAP and remember to do it every week.
