[SoC] Report for Week 12 - 3D OSM Plugin API for ESA-NASA Web World Wind

What did I complete this week?
- Did a basic implementation of tiling GeoJSON. Tested only for Polygon and MultiPolygon geometry types. Relevant commit can be found at https://github.com/kilsedar/3dosm/commit/f1872fa8df2d212ee719d03b471b26bbba6f9751, especially in the OSMTBuildingLayer.js file.

What am I going to achieve next week?
- I may work more on tiling in the direction my mentor may suggest on our weekly meeting.
- I will wrap up the work and get ready for final submission.

Is there any blocking issue?
- No, there is no blocking issue.
