[SoC] IstSOS Android client and Java-Core

Hi All,
I am Pawan Pal an Undergraduate student in University of Delhi, India. I
have experience in Android Development. I saw the IstSOS android-demo and
Java-Core. I wants to discuss about the contribution I want to make in
improving the Java-core and android client.
