[SoC] Week 5 - istSOS Data analysis and statistical tools suite

*What did you get done this week?*

Testing on these methods functionality(implemented oat methods).
I have also updated the project wiki

page.

*What do you plan on doing next week?*

Implementing digital-filter oat method in istsos api.

*Are you blocked on anything?*

Currently, everything is going according to plan.
This week my class test is going on so i am not able to work in full pace.
