[SoC] GSoC 17

[Niroshan Sanjaya]

Hello everyone,

I am Niroshan Bandara from Sri Lanka and currently  I am studying in Osaka
City University, Japan.
This is my second time participating GSoC. and I have learnt a lot during
last GSoC. This time I will be working on Integrating istSOS as a data
store in MapMint.  It is a great opportunity to join the GSoC. I hope to
learn a lot during this period.
