[SoC] Community Bonding period - only 9 days left to be active!

Dear students,

in [1] there is following statement:

“as part of the your acceptance into GSoC, you are expected to actively participate in the Community Bonding period (May 4 - May 29). the *Community Bonding period* is intended to help get you ready to start contributing to your organization at full speed starting May 30th.”

so there are only 9 days left to be active in community bonding!!

until then, it's highly recommended [1] to:

* finally set up a working development environment for compiling your project
* eventually refine your your project ideas, timelines and milestones with your mentors
* get in contact with and linked to the community of your project

we've seen that not all links to student's wikis and repositories are yet set in [2].

please add that missing informations, then OSGeo's communities are able to follow your work.

public interaction is important -- it is a key principle of open source -- work happens where everyone can see it. :-)
