[SoC] OSGeo-GSoC Presentation

Hello Jody

About the Libre office usage, was easy and very straight forward. The
template was ok, but you can add the OSGeo colours styles to it.. (I did it
on the presentation, but not on the template)

BTW, I took my inspiration from the sticker on page 28 of the guide for the
triangle flags:
where there is a half triangle flag on the top right & bottom right of the
sticker
and a full triangle flag lighter green on the bottom left of the same
sticker.

And also the posters I use triangle flags, so the presentation is in
harmony with the posters.

GSoC is not a committee as far as I know, but I might be wrong, I am just a
mentor. In my case I try to say OSGeo-GSoC program.
Maybe the OSGeo-GSoC administrators can clarify that.
