[SoC] GSoC 2018 Week 10 Status Report of "Support for WFS Format" Project

 Hi All,

Please find below the Weekly status updates of NASA-ESA WebWorldWind, Support
for WFS Format Project

In Week 10 (15th July - 22nd July) below tasks are performed

   1. Written create get feature Url creation code but it is failing with
   different error

Next week plan:

   1. To write code to create get feature Url and calling get
   feature service on selecting a particular feature

Currently, I am blocked, will discuss with the mentors about the approach
that can be taken to create Url
