[SoC] Phase 1 evaluations begin in 7 days

Dear students,

Thank you for your Week 3 reports.

As mentioned in the official GSoC 2018 timeline [1]:

* June 11 - 15, 2018: Mentors and students submit their evaluations of 
one another. These evaluations are a required step of the program.

There are now only 7 days until Phase 1 evaluations begin.

For working towards Phase 1 evaluations, please do the following to 
ensure a successful evaluation:

* make sure that your wiki page and repository are up to date (please 
also use proper wiki formatting)
* check your progress
* refine your work packages and own timeline with your mentors
* prepare your deliverables
* be sure that all of your weekly reports link to your commit/PR (pull 
requests)
