[SoC] Introduction

Hello,

I am Supreet Singh Gill, Civil Engeneering student in Guru Nanak Dev
Engeneering College, Punjab, India.

I will be participating in GSoC this year with OSGeo.

I submitted Draft proposal and got some feedback, should I submit it as my
final proposal?
