[SoC] Request for reviewing proposal for GSoC 2018 "Support for WFS Format"

 Hi All,

I am looking forward to working with OSGeo organization In GSoC 2018.
I am participating in GSoC for the first time. I liked the idea of Open
Source and want to contribute to it so I have created a proposal for "*Support
for WFS Format**"* Project.
