[SoC] Communication to students submitting their proposals

Hi,

Some of you have shared their proposals without allowing for edits. Please
allow edits, otherwise it is impossible to give you feedback.
Another common mistake: in your timeline, please split the work load in
*weeks* (each week has to be separate), then, with the help of a calendar,
put actual dates (start and end of the week).
