[SoC] GSoC 2020 - Community Bonding Report

Hello everyone;

This is my community bonding report. If you have any question or suggestion
do not hesitate to tell me.

*What I have done during this period?*
- Familiarize with the mentors.
- Familiarize with the gvSIG community.
- Help to fix coding bugs. [1]
- Create a wiki page for the project. [2]
- Introduce yourself and your project in SOC mailing list.
- gvSIG topology desktop core initial research.
- Create and set up repository. [3]
- Create a strategy to implement the rules.

*What do I plan on doing next week?*
I will implement the first part of Must Be Properly Inside Polygons points
topology rule.
- Rule and actions documentation.
- Create test plan.


*Am I blocked on anything?*
No
