[SoC] GSoC 2021 Week 3: 3D scan house from imagery from within MapMint4ME

*What have I done this week:*
This week I accomplished the following:

   - Setup MapMint on a docker container on my local machine.

   - Made the sample form for collecting images from MapMint4ME.
