[SoC] GSoC 2022: Week 7 Report : Adding Cesium Support within MapMint

Hello everyone,
Please find my report for week 7:

   - This week I worked on debugging the lagging issue of Cesium render on
   MapMint. However, this lag is mainly because of async rendering. I
   installed MapMint on another machine just to check whether it is related to
   my first machine or not. Moreover, in the second machine also the render
   was lagging a bit.
   - I had also gone through the Cesium Ion documentation to explore the
   possibility of creating the data conversion pipeline through MapMint
   itself. Other benefits would be to see all assets available, addition,
   deletion etc.

Next week plan:

   - To work on a Node.js based app for creating cesium ion data pipeline.
   (to convert KML, CityGML file to 3D Tiles through cesium ion API's)

Am I blocked on anything:

   - No, not blocked on anything as of now.
