[SoC] GSoC 2022: Week 8 Report pgr_hawickCircuits

Hello everyone, my week 8 report:

* Work done this week? *
- pgtap edge_case
- characteristic of the documentation
- vector to deque datatype
- fixing errors and improving the structure

* Blocked on anything? *
- Having difficulties in converting the circuit output of vertex
descriptors of boost Hawick function to the path (edge descriptor) and
using edge properties to fill up the remaining return columns.
