[SoC] GSoC 2022: Week 9 Report : Adding Cesium Support within MapMint

Hello everyone,

Please find my week 9 report.

   -

   This week I worked on express/node.js based service to expose api routes
   to fetch data from Cesium ion and upload any resources to it.


Am I blocked on anything:

   -

   No, I am not blocked on anything as of now.


Next week Plan:

   -

   Next week, I will implement a UI based on the above stack to use the
   exposed apis to show the saved assets on the web UI and also to upload
   files to convert it to 3D-Tiles.
