[SoC] Week 3 Report: Integrating ZOO-services with QGIS

Report for week 3:
Tasks done:-
 Explored potential ways to incorporate qgis_core.cpp and other
dependencies in order to execute the C++ implementations of the QGIS
processing tools. However, given that these files are created during setup
they could not be located.
 An alternative method was to use PyQGIS. However, this only includes the
basic processing algorithms.
 It was decided to instead set up an interface between Python and the
desktop verison of QGIS [1].
The task for next week:-
 Run georeference an image using the python-QGIS desktop bridge.
Currently, I am not blocked on anything.
