[SoC] [pgrouting-dev] GSoC 2022 Week 5 Report : Add Google Or tools functionality to pgrouting

Hello everyone,
This is my weekly report for the 4th week (July 11th- July 17th).

*What have I done this week?*

   - Tested out knapsack function without OR tools.

*What do I plan to do next week?*

   - Integrate ortools with knapsack driver

*Am I blocked on anything?*

   - No, I don't have any issues.

Any feedback, comments and suggestions are welcome.
