[SoC] Community Bonding Report: Integrating Node.js with ZOO-services

Hello,

Here is my report after my first week.


Tasks completed last week:

* Introduced myself on the mailing list and joined the main OSGeo channels

* Created wiki pages for myself and my project

* Set up a dev environment

* Explored various options for including `libnode`


Tasks I am working on this week:

* Include `libnode` in the ZOO-Project build and execute a dummy JS 
script as a ZOO-Service
