[SoC] " Community Bonding Report: Adding Cesium Support within MapMint

Hello everyone,
This mail is the report for the community bonding period (May 20th - June
12th):-
Below are the tasks completed during community bonding period.

   - Introduced myself on the SoC mailing list.
   - Updated the student’s accepted page on the OSGeo wiki.
   - Created a wiki page for sharing weekly reports.
   - Finished setting up the development environment.

Tasks for this week:

   - Read about the different file formats Cesium is compatible with.
   - Read the Cesium and Mapmint documentation

Am I blocked on anything:

   - No, I am not blocked on anything currently.
