[SoC] Integrating QGIS with ZOO-services week 12 report

 The report for Week 12 is as follows:
Tasks completed during the past week:-
This week was spent on two tasks:

   1. The implementation of the KDE function which was started last week,
   was completed [1].
   2. The .zcfg file for this function was also written [2].

I was quite sick for the first half of the week so did not make much
progress.
Tasks for next week:
Given this is the last week of GSoC. It will involve completing all of the
remaining work. This includes:

   1. Finish the front-end interface.
   2. Documentation.

Blocked On:
Currently, I am not blocked on anything.
