[SoC] Week 12 Report: Integrating Node.js with ZOO-services

Here is my week 12 report:

Week 12 has been entirely dedicated to porting all my development to the 
Node.js 18 branch and publishing those packages on the Ubuntu PPA - and 
this task has been completed:

I am currently not blocked on anything and I am looking forward to any 
bug reports during this final week.

Otherwise I will try to fix the snapshotting for the worker threads 
directly on the main branch in Node.js so that libnode could also 
benefit from snapshotting.
