[SoC] GSoC 2023 - Coding Period - Tenth Week Report - Implement SensorThings API standard in istSOS

Hello everybody,

I am writing this email to provide an update on the work I have completed
during the ninth week of the coding period.

The following tasks have been accomplished[^3]:

- Continued to work on supporting multiple data types for Observations
- Continued to work on supporting nested data insertion
- General bug fixes

_What did I plan to do the next week?_

- Continue working on the nested data insertion
- Start working on the update endpoint

_Am I blocked on anything?_

- After a discussion with the mentors, for now the support for multiple
data types is not a priority, so I will continue working on the nested data
insertion.

Any feedback and suggestions are welcome.
